Dancing With Imperialism: A Red Army Faction Book Launch and Discussion in Montreal will take place this evening (Sept. 12) at QPIRG Concordia, we’ll have an interview with the publisher Karl Kersplebedeb.

Our monthly section on Political Prisoners and P.O.W.’s birthdays in North America for the month of September will be read on-air.

We have an interview with Ben Turke from Red Bird Prison Abolition in Ohio, who was recently in in Montreal performing his one-man play “Know Your Enemy” and showing a documentary on the case of political prisoners “The Lucasville 5”.

We’re airing of of the many speeches that took place in Vancouver during Prisoners’ Justice Day. Eddie Rouse, a member of West Coast Prison Justice Society and a Lifer speaks on various issues in regards to the current prison system under the Harper government as well as abuses inside.

Reading of a Message from Political Prisoner Herman Wallace, of the Angola 3 to his supporters. It should be noted that Herman Wallace has been given 2 months to live. The Prison Radio Show has been covering the case of the Angola 3 for many years.

The prisoner hunger strike in California, which began on July 8, was suspended on September 5th after 60 days. We will be speaking with Azadeh Zohrabi from Legal Services for Prisoners with Children, in San Francisco, about what, if any gains were had and what is the next course of action.
