Tune in to Prison Radio today from 5-6pm on CKUT. Prison Radio seeks to confront the invisibility of prisons and prisoner struggle, by focusing on the roots of incarceration, policing, and criminalization, and by challenging our ideas about what prisons are and the people inside our jails. The show goes to air every second Thursday of the month during Off the Hour, 5-6pm.

Today on the Prison Radio Show we’re having Alex Mclelland back in the studio to talk more about criminalization of folks with HIV. we’ll also be broadcasting a talk that happened last friday at qpirg concordia, which was a triple launch of the Certain Days political prisoners calendar, a new graphic novel on immigration detention and the Scapegoat journal on incarceration! The talk is Nasrin Himada promoting the newest issue of Scapegoat, an architectural journal on incarceration.
