Blues from every era. Interview with artists, concert listings, blues related events, information and trivia, gearhead heaven…just what kind of harmonica was that?
On Cha Cha Cha In Blue, the longest-running blues show in Montreal, host John Detcheverry devotes equal time to the classics, new releases and Canadian artists. On the air since 1990.
Listeners can expect to hear the likes of Paul Deslauriers, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, Pop Staples, Downchild, Steve Rowe, MonkeyJunk, and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as live performances and interviews.

May 7, 2023: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we wish our listeners a Happy Mother's Day with appropriately themed songs from Katie Webster, Koko Taylor, Billy Boy Arnold, Sister Rosetta Tharpe, B.B. King, Little Milton, Sunday Wilde, Tia Carroll, Miss Emily, Matt Andersen, Shemekia Copeland, Selwyn Birchwood, Super Chikan, and Johnny "Guitar" Watson. Some are loving, others are sad, nostalgic and even humorous. Mothers-in-law are included in songs from Buddy Guy and Johnny Winter. In the "history" part of the show I've got Robert Johnson, Blue Lu Barker, H-Bomb Ferguson, Little Walter, Henry Gray, A.C. Reed, Albert King, Guy Davis, Cornell Dupree, and Ana Popovic. That last one also qualifies as our featured new release. We'll close with a song from Dan Livingstone in advance of his Saturday show at L'Aquarium Café Bar.
