On Cha Cha Cha In Blue, the longest-running blues show in Montreal, host John Detcheverry devotes equal time to the classics, new releases and Canadian artists. On the air since 1990.

Listeners can expect to hear the likes of Paul Deslauriers, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, Pop Staples, Downchild, Steve Rowe, MonkeyJunk, and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as live performances and interviews.

Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we open with new singles from Samantha Fish & Jesse Dayton, R L Boyce, Kelli Baker, Eric Clapton & Jeff Beck, and Joe Bonamassa. Three of these are courtesy of Guitar World's most recent "Essential Guitar Tracks"! This week's featured new releases are from Little Bobby, They Call Me Rico, Lil' Jimmy Reed With Ben Levin, and another track from JW-Jones' latest. In the "history" part of the show I've got Robert Wilkins, Little Walter, Howlin' Wolf, Elmore James, Sonny Boy Williamson (with my thanks to the surgical team who reattached my retina!), Muddy Waters, B.B. King, Langston Hughes, Little Willie John, Bob Dylan, Dave Specter, and Albert King. We'll close with a song from Matt Gibb in advance of his Saturday appearance at L'Aquarium Café Bar.
