June 27, 2023: Soul Perspectives: Celebrating Black Fathers w/Max-Henri Metellus
Our final guest for the Celebration of Black Fathers is a Proud father, a soccer manager and analyst. Max-Henri Metellus is a special guest as his mother Maguy Metellus was featured in the 2022 edition of the Celebration of Black Mothers, it is an honour for us to have been able to have interviewed both the mother and the son.
Max-Henri is the father of a mixed race teenage daughter and they have had their fair share of ups and downs as a nuclear family unit. Join us as we discuss "intentionality" as it relates to fatherhood. Max-Henri tells us how every day that he wakes up, he CHOOSES to be a father, as he understands almost on an intuitive level, that his presence in his child's life is not only important to him, but also to her and to society.
This Tuesday June 27, 2023 we conclude our celebration of Black Fathers from 7-8.30pm on www.ckut.ca or 90.3Fm here in Montreal, Quebec Canada EST.
