July 28, 2023: Episode 2: What Bill 31 would mean for tenants
Radio Renoviction is back with an interview with Mohammad-Afaq Mansoor, a community organizer at the Comité D'action De Parc Extension, who outlines the issues facing tenants in Montreal today and will explain what the proposed Bill 31 would mean for tenants who use lease transfers to avoid predatory rent increases. We'll also hear some reactions from people who participated in the June 22nd demonstration against Bill 31 held in Park Extension.
