On Cha Cha Cha In Blue, the longest-running blues show in Montreal, host John Detcheverry devotes equal time to the classics, new releases and Canadian artists. On the air since 1990.

Listeners can expect to hear the likes of Paul Deslauriers, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, Pop Staples, Downchild, Steve Rowe, MonkeyJunk, and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as live performances and interviews.

Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we introduce you to some new singles - blues, that is - from Joe Bonamassa, Ghalia Volt, Davis Hall & The Green Lanterns, Caroline Cotto, Niecie, and The Dig 3. This week's featured new releases are from the Blackburn Brothers, Garnetta Cromwell, and Jack's Waterfall. In the "history" part of the show I've got Barbecue Bob, Robert Nighthawk, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, Sonny Boy Williamson, Silas Hogan, Baby Face Willette, T-Bone Walker, B.B. King, Billy Boy Arnold, Darrell Nulisch, and Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown. Colin Perry & Blind will be at Brutopia on Friday so we'll close with a song from Colin Perry, Peter Mika, Andrew Horton from their "Three Blind Mice" release. (Colin Perry is also appearing with the Houserent Serenaders at Bar De Courcelle on Wednesday.)
