On Cha Cha Cha In Blue, the longest-running blues show in Montreal, host John Detcheverry devotes equal time to the classics, new releases and Canadian artists. On the air since 1990.

Listeners can expect to hear the likes of Paul Deslauriers, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, Pop Staples, Downchild, Steve Rowe, MonkeyJunk, and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as live performances and interviews.

Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we celebrate some of the nominees for the 66th Grammy Awards - Blues Recording Of The Year (Traditional & Contemporary) with music from nominees Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, Samantha Fish & Jesse Dayton, Larkin Poe, John Primer, Eric Bibb, and Bobby Rush. Winners will be announced February 4, 2024. This week's new releases prove that Belgium has discovered the Allman Brothers. Check out the new discs from David Ronaldo & The Dice and Red Red. I've also got singles from the upcoming new discs from Rene Huard and JJ Grey & Mofro. In the "history" part of the show I've got Bukka White, Blue Lu Barker, Clayton Love, Jimmy Deberry, Little Junior Parker, Ruth Brown, Little Willie John, Anson Funderburgh, Carey Bell, Bob Walsh, and Kenny “Blues Boss” Wayne. We'll close with a song from Rob Lutes & Rob MacDonald in anticipation of their Thursday show at Upstairs.
