The positive impact that mental health literacy can have in your own life, and for the people around you, is what drives her. In this episode, we are joined by my wise friend Ben, who shares his insight into the practice of meditation and how it can help us achieve mindfulness. We talk about how to engage in meditation, and the benefits that it can confer to us. Meditation can help us become more genuine, get to know ourselves better, and therefore understand other people better, increasing the level of collective empathy we have!
