On this week's show, we continue discussing the injunction that McGill University sought to have the pro-Palestinian encampment dismantled.
We first hear a segment by Jules about the court decision to deny the injunction.
Then, we have an interview with Irina Ceric, assistant law professor at the University of Windsor, conducted by Athina. They discuss the court decision and delve into some of the more technical details of injunctions.
The final segment for this show is another one by Jules, dealing with the news that McGill will now be seeking an interlocutory injunction.
