Panacea has the goal of initiating open conversations and reducing stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness. To do so, Michelle teaches 'mental health 101' and shares some of her own experiences living with mental illness.
The positive impact that mental health literacy can have in your own life, and for the people around you, is what drives her. If her words can inspire empathy and change at least one person's perspective or make someone feel less alone, then she has done her job. Join us for some fun tunes and vulnerable conversations!

August 22, 2024: Mental Health Stigma with Jason Finucan.
In this segment, we are joined by Jason Finucan, founder of StigmaZero and longtime mental health advocate! Jason has been practicing vulnerability and sharing his experiences living with mental and physical illness, and founded StigmaZero with the mission of eliminating stigma in the workplace. We talk about his diagnosis and journey with bipolar I disorder, and what treatments have worked for him. We explore the idea of accessibility and understanding of mental health through education and the importance and impact that it has in our lives, in the workplace, and in society.
