The year is 2167, 200 years after the summer of love and 50% of Palestine now exists in orbit in a series of beautiful luxurious floating gardens and deep space research stations. American Christian fundamentalists have crashed a suicide shuttle into Satellite-7, the newest botanical and cultural dome in Outer Palestine. The crash completely blew out the dome, destroying New Qalqilya and the legendary Garuda Lounge, cutting short a heady 5 year psychedelic and cultural renaissance. The world is now on the brink of nuclear war. Dubi is a hippotamus that hosts a clandestine and encrypted radio program from Outer Palestine, called "Dubi and the Peacocks". He broadcasts on his show what appears to be messages from deep space from terraformers fleeing a post nuclear earth. Is it a hoax? no one knows for sure.
