September 17, 2024: Interview with Multifaceted Entrepreneur Kipola Wakilongo
This Tuesday evening's guest is Kipola Wakilongo, a multifaceted professional whose career spans real estate, production, entrepreneurship, and acting. Based in Montreal, Kipola has been a dedicated real estate broker since 2017, driven by a deep commitment to her clients' well-being and an enthusiasm for demystifying the housing market. Her efforts include the creation of “Selling Montreal,” a mini web series showcasing the real estate industry, which garnered national attention from Citytv News and Le Journal de Montréal. Additionally, her former radio segment on CIBL’s “Passe le mot” and active social media presence reflect her dedication to educating and engaging with her community.
A 2024 graduate of the prestigious INIS fiction program, Kipola’s passion for production and content creation has been evident since her teens. Her studies at INIS, where she specialized in production, refined her skills and deepened her understanding of the film industry. In 2024, she produced the short film Au bord des Limbes and the web series Juste des robots, both directed by Maxime Mompérousse. Her ability to seamlessly transition between roles—whether in front of or behind the camera—demonstrates her versatility and creative prowess. Kipola’s entrepreneurial spirit and keen organizational skills continue to drive her diverse career forward, guided by her belief that "Change is the only constant" (Meredith Grey, Grey's Anatomy by Shonda Rhimes).
