April 22, 2025: Interview with Yoga Instructor & Muscian Tanja Nachtigall
✨ Introducing Our Guest on Soul Perspectives ✨
Every Tuesday from 7-8:30PM – where souls speak and perspectives shift.
This evening we chat with Tanja Nachtigall:
A yoga teacher, musician, and self-proclaimed nerd, she meets the practice where it lives today—in real bodies, complex lives, and uncertain times. With 400+ hours of training and a background in both music and finance, her teaching blends ancient wisdom with postmodern honesty.
Known for her soothing voice, poetic language, and the transformative spaces she creates, Tanja guides students through Yin, Nidra, Chair, and Vinyasa with rare depth. Her classes resonate especially with those who’ve felt on yoga’s margins—disillusioned, questioning, or quietly seeking their way back to the mat.
Her practice is rooted in embodied anti-racism and dismantling body hierarchies. Catch her:
• Weekly at Studio Mile End
• Facilitating workshops across Montreal
• On retreat with When The Village Meditates
Ready to see yoga—and yourself—in a new light? Tune in tonight at 7PM.
P.S. Her secret mantra? "Vulnerability is a superpower."
Want to dive deeper? We’ll explore how music, finance, and social justice weave into her unique approach—live on air Tuesday April 22, 2025 on Soul Perspectives where souls speak and perspectives shift. 🎙️🌿 #SoulPerspectives
