Panacea has the goal of initiating open conversations and reducing stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness. To do so, Michelle teaches 'mental health 101' and shares some of her own experiences living with mental illness.

The positive impact that mental health literacy can have in your own life, and for the people around you, is what drives her. September 25, 2025: Interview: Anaïs Cadieux Van Vliet - Support Needs and Experiences of Siblings of Child Sexual Abuse Survivors

Today we are joined by Anaïs Cadieux Van Vliet, who has a masters in social work and is currently a PhD candidate at McGill University. We talk about their research on the experiences and support needs of siblings of child sexual abuse survivors. We also talk about the direction of future research and end with some calls to action.
