The Teachings is a monthly radio broadcast and podcast, featuring four single Montreal moms dishing out the matriarchal truth over dinner and drinks. Listen to some real talk about raising kids solo, surviving violence, managing bad baby daddies and smashing the patriarchy on the daily. All this and killer tunes.

It airs the 3rd Thursday of the month from 6-7pm.

The Teachings is the successor to In the Motherhood, a show hosted by Robyn Fadden from 2014 (we think) until she died of cancer on September 23, 2024. Here is a beautiful memorial written for her by fellow CKUTer Malcolm Fraser,
