For your info: the Michel Côté of the Dixon album is indeed not the Michel of Montreal, but the reedman from Quebec City.
p.s. Something strange happened in the first half hour the Mitchell piece and part of the Coursil piece looped together in repetition, so I closed the link and when I opened again it came to the program as it was running. Never happened before.

p.s. On the subject of orchestra music, the ONJ peformance last night of John Derome’s music including the five pieces written for the Hard Rubber Orchestra was excellent! Lots to say about a band with 15-years under its belt!
