June 7, 2022: Celebrating Black Fathers w/Chef Sean Samuels

Chef Sean Samuels @chefseansns of SNS Catering started off his career as a pastry chef in the 90s for about 15 years until the early 2000s. Following that he began working in a reception hall as a head pastry chef and a cook, eventually working his way up to the number 2 chef in the hall after only a couple of years.

At that point in time, his love for cooking grew even stronger. He continued working his way up to head chef at the reception hall, and simultaneously started his own catering company SNS Catering. SNS Catering took everything Chef Sean had learned, and combined it with his Caribbean roots to create a fusion cuisine second to none.

From Valentine’s day, to Mother’s and Father’s day dinners, Thanksgiving as well as Christmas meals and everything in between. If you follow Chef Sean on social media, the menus are put out in a timely manner and you can order your meals to be delivered to you within the Island of Montreal and surrounding areas including Laval and the South Shore.
