Matthew Phifer MSEd, is a therapist, speaker, trainer, and toxic relationship, narcissism, trauma and emotional abuse expert. He is the founder and owner of Matt Phifer Coaching. His training, which features original work, has been presented in multiple states and countries and he is regularly featured on the radio, publications, and online. Matthew’s videos attract millions of viewers and his podcast “Toxic to Triumph" has been heard in over 100 different countries and is featured on Spotify, Apple Podcast, and iHeart Radio.

Join us as we talk to Matt about his life journey, how he went from guidance counselor, to marketing expert, to therapist and now personal coach. We learn a little about the business side of therapy and the profound effect of narcissism and how that shapes lives, and in some cases the direction of careers.
