March 21, 2023: Interview with PR Professional: Kalika Hastings

Kalika Hastings @kalikahastings is an enthusiastic public relations professional with sound experience creating and executing strategic communications and PR campaigns to get clients the visibility and recognition they deserve. From notable influencers, artists and athletes to senior tech executives and CEOs, Kalika approaches each assignment with creativity and determination. Her ability to develop distinguished thought leadership and unique angles is what sets her apart. With over seven years in the PR and communications space, her first position was an Account Executive for a boutique public relations agency where she was promoted to Director within a few months. Today, she works independently and partners with trusted PR & marketing professionals in the field.  

In addition to media relations, Kalika focuses on building an extensive speaking, conference, and awards network, driving the big-picture outlook for each client as they explore opportunities to take the stage, front and center always. All while building key media relationships with journalists and editors across various industry-specific publications and notable national and international media outlets. Kalika has a strong client management background and thorough experience managing relationships.
