May 21, 2024: Celebrating Black Mothers w/Le Leche League Leader Candace Leblanc
This evening's guest is Candace Leblanc, a mother of four spirited children. A doula, an aspiring midwife and Le Leche League Leader, she is passionate about supporting women of the global majority through pregnancy, postpartum and parenting.
She recently completed her Waldorf Early Childhood Educator training and is an assistant Kindergarten teacher in Ottawa. She has a passion for working with parents and young children and using culture to reclaim ancestral knowledge about how to connect to ourselves and our children and ultimately to the Creator.
She enjoys stealing moments of solitude to walk around barefoot and any opportunity to be in nature. Join our discussion on this Tuesday May 21, 2024 from 7-8.30pm on CKUT 90.3FM or www.ckut.ca
