On Cha Cha Cha In Blue, the longest-running blues show in Montreal, host John Detcheverry devotes equal time to the classics, new releases and Canadian artists. On the air since 1990.

Listeners can expect to hear the likes of Paul Deslauriers, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, Pop Staples, Downchild, Steve Rowe, MonkeyJunk, and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as live performances and interviews.

Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we start out with new singles from Joanne Shaw Taylor, Carlise Guy & Nu Blu, Colin James, and Lions in the Street. This week's featured new releases are by Bywater Call, Misty Blues, Guy Davis, and Willie Buck. In the "history" part of the show I've got Lonnie Johnson, John Lee Hooker, Robert Anderson, Vann "Piano Man" Walls, T-Bone Walker, Wynonie Harris, Jimmy Witherspoon & Robben Ford, Bruce Katz Band, Wayne Nicholson & John Campbelljohn, and Dave Specter & Lynwood Slim. We'll close with a song from west coast pianist David Vest who'll be making a rare appearance at Upstairs on Friday.
