On this episode we focus on Canadian media’s willful blindness when it comes to the realities of Palestinians under occupation. We then look at the Israeli government’s aims in Gaza and the Israeli media’s role in the support that the Israeli society still gives to this war even with the toll it’s taking on their own country. In the second part of the show, we cover the Ottawa protest demanding the Canadian government to stop supplying weapons to Israel, then we look at the fragility of the ceasefire reached in Lebanon last week, and finally we look at the inaction of the Arab governments and the potential long term consequences of this inaction.
