Tonight's guest, born and raised in Montreal, Québec, and of Caribbean descent, Kaleel John, also known as King Chozen 1, has always turned to creativity as a powerful means of expression. A spoken word artist and bestselling author of The Black Book of Poetry, Kaleel captivates audiences with his evocative verses that delve into themes of love, pleasure, and pain.
From an early age, Kaleel turned to poetry as both therapy and a form of self-reflection, documenting his personal journey through life, faith, and relationships. Over the years, his words have transformed into powerful narratives that intertwine raw emotion with universal truths.
