On Cha Cha Cha In Blue, the longest-running blues show in Montreal, host John Detcheverry devotes equal time to the classics, new releases and Canadian artists. On the air since 1990.

Listeners can expect to hear the likes of Paul Deslauriers, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, Pop Staples, Downchild, Steve Rowe, MonkeyJunk, and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as live performances and interviews.

Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we have a conversation with piano legend Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne and listen to a few tracks from his latest release "Ooh Yeah!" in a preview of Friday's show at Petit Campus. But before that we'll open with new singles from Chambers DesLauriers, Joanne Shaw Taylor, Samantha Fish, Charlie Musselwhite, Jeremy Edge, Glenn Alexander, Plainfield Slim, and the Matt Schofield Trio. In the "history" set we've got Barbecue Bob, Pink Anderson & Simmie Dooley, Sammy Price, a pair of Howlin' Wolf songs, Muddy Waters, Sonny Boy Williamson, Pigmeat Markham, Willie Mabon, Gatemouth Brown & Roy Clark, Sean Costello, Tommy Castro, and Lowell George.
