Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we preview some of the free shows announced for this year's jazz festival. We'll listen to Matteo Mancuso, Mavis Staples, Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, Grace Bowers, Fantastic Negrito, Annika Chambers & Paul DesLauriers, The Sugar Darlings, and Dawn Tyler Watson. But before that we wish everyone a "Happy Easter" with William Clarke's "Easter Bunny Boogie". This week's featured new releases are by Johnny Iguana, Muddy What?, Andrew Duncanson, and Tony Holiday. In the "history" set we've got Bessie Smith, Johnny Shines, Willie Nix, Ruth Brown, Ray Charles, Earl Hooker, Lonesome Sundown, Dave Specter & Barkin' Bill Smith, HeavyDrunk & Watermelon Slim, and Albert King. We'll close with a song from Bernard Adamus who'll be at Delires et Delices on Saturday.
