Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we remind you that although the funding drive is over it's never too late to give! You know what to do. Now let's start the show. It's a night of new releases! We've got the latest singles from Dyer Davis, Joanne Shaw Taylor, A.J. Croce, and Walter Trout plus songs from new albums by Lisa Mann's Northwestern All-Stars, Bob Stroger, Emma Wilson, Alison Joy Williams, Reverend Freakchild, Dave Specter, Gina Coleman, The Alexis P. Suter Band, and Sean Poluk. In the "history" set we go back more than a hundred years for a 1923 recording by Bessie Smith followed by Bo Carter, The Nite Owls, Junior Wells, Howlin' Wolf, Monster Mike Welch, Boz Scaggs, Bobby Rush & Kenny Wayne Shepherd, Barrence Whitfield, and Derek Trucks. You'll have 2 opportunities to see Pat Loiselle this week - Wednesday at Brutopia and Friday at Smoke Meat Pete. Of course you'll hear him here, too.
