Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we're still COVID aware and this is my 146th show recorded at home. As Black History Month comes to a close we celebrate some great Canadian blues artists, namely Blackburn, Kenny 'Blues Boss' Wayne, Miche Love, Harrison Kennedy, Dalannah Gail Bowen, Cécile Doo-Kingué, Dawn Tyler Watson, Dione Taylor, Ria Reece Band, Angelique Francis, Jay Douglas, and Zoom. This week's featured new releases are from Ally Venable and Scott Ellison. In the "history" part of the show I've got Bessie Smith, "Slim" Gaillard, "Tiny" Grimes, Ike Turner, Bo Diddley, Albert King, B.B. King, Jesse Fortune, Paul Oscher, and Jeff Healey. We'll close with a song from The Shane Murphy who is playing this weekend at Brutopia.
