October 25, 2022: Talking about Death in the Black Community with Psychopomp
Concluding this month of in-depth discussions about death and the way it affects the Black community we talk to a new voice on Soul Perspectives about their perspective on Death. Over decades past, Psychopomp @crimesceneterrariums has delved into many artistic disciplines since they first began creating, but a principal theme has persisted throughout every creative expedition: The need for Humanity to face itself so that it can move past itself. Whether through wearable or visual art, through the written word or through sculpture- the goal is for Humanity to pick up the phone instead of pretending it doesn't exist.
This has been an amazing exploration into this topic, this life occurence that no one can avoid facing. We hope you have enjoyed the conversations we've had throughout the month and if you missed any one of them you can listen to the archives at www.ckut.ca.
But do be sure to listen to the conclusion of our series this Tuesday October 25, 2022 from 7-8.30pm EST on www.ckut.ca or 90.3FM in Montreal.
