On Cha Cha Cha In Blue, the longest-running blues show in Montreal, host John Detcheverry devotes equal time to the classics, new releases and Canadian artists. On the air since 1990.

Listeners can expect to hear the likes of Paul Deslauriers, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, Pop Staples, Downchild, Steve Rowe, MonkeyJunk, and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as live performances and interviews.

Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we start out with a mix of new & recent releases from Jubu Smith, Aldrich Benson, Matthew Chaffey, JP Soars, Son of Dave, Rick Estrin & The Nightcats, and The Fabulous Thunderbirds. This week's featured new releases are by Albert Castiglia, The Commoners, The Zac Schulze Gang and Christopher Wyze & The Tellers. In the "history" part of the show I've got Tampa Red, Joe Williams, Clarence "Bon Ton" Garlow, Morris Pejoe, Phillip Walker, Willie Dixon, Champion Jack Dupree, Classie Ballou, and Mighty Mo Rodgers. We'll close with a song from Shane Murphy who'll be hosting a launch party for his new cd "Easy Street" at The Thirsty Boot on Sunday.
