This week we kick off Black History Month for the city as we welcome back our Teen Hosts: Nefertari and Phenomenal.

Wizzy MoonChaser is Montreal's dynamic radio personality, co-hosting The Morning Detour on CKUT 90.3FM. A passionate entrepreneur, community advocate, and storyteller, Wizzy’s work spans mentorship, urban culture, and fostering connections. He’s collaborated with major brands like Nike, NBA Canada, and the City of Montreal, and mentors youth through programs like Soars and The Crown Project. On a mission to become Canada’s top urban radio host, Wizzy brings energy and inspiration to every platform.

Shawn Fields, also known as The Widget, is a Montreal hip hop artist who’s been a staple in the city’s music scene since 2005. From his early days with The Black Sash Assassins to his solo debut Silence Is Deadly, Shawn’s work has shaped Montreal’s hip hop landscape. He’s collaborated with local legends and produced alongside Nicholas Craven, and for 10 years, he co-hosted All Day Way Live Radio on CKUT. Today, Shawn continues to create music and organize within his community.
