On Cha Cha Cha In Blue, the longest-running blues show in Montreal, host John Detcheverry devotes equal time to the classics, new releases and Canadian artists. On the air since 1990.

Listeners can expect to hear the likes of Paul Deslauriers, Buddy Guy, Otis Rush, Pop Staples, Downchild, Steve Rowe, MonkeyJunk, and Charlie Musselwhite, as well as live performances and interviews.

Tonight on Cha Cha Cha In Blue we start with new singles from GA-20, Alastair Greene, Dave Specter, Reed Turchi, Elles Bailey, Misty Blues, Robin Trower and another single from Joe Bonamassa's tribute to B.B. King. This week's featured new releases are from Miss Emily, Billy Branch & The Sons Of Blues, Dave Keyes, and Wailin' Walker. The "history" part starts one hundred years ago today with a song by Bertha "Chippie" Hill and continues with Andy Kirk & His Twelve Clouds of Joy, Blue Lu Barker, Big Bill Broonzy, Robert Nighthawk, Hank Ballard & The Midnighters, Mose Allison, John Hammond, Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne, Bob Walsh, The Siegel-Schwall Band, and Bobby Rush & Kenny Wayne Shepherd. We'll close with a song from Julie Blues Project in advance of her upcoming appearance at Bar Les Cousins - Hotel Escad/Dix30 on Saturday.
