Taking Space is a story about how people interact with physical spaces and the vital role live music plays in shaping and sustaining community. Produced at CKUT throughout the summer, the project unfolds against the backdrop of venue closures, gentrification, and the shrinking of accessible art spaces — disproportionately impacting already marginalized groups.
