UK based DJ and record producer Nia Archives will be playing at Société des arts Technologiques on October 9th as a part of her Junglist Worldwide tour. Nia Archives is largely inspired by her Jamaican heritage and UK drum and bass sounds.

 

Fontaines D.C.

Irish based rock band Fontaines D.C. will be performing at MTELUS on October 12th  promoting their new album Romance. The band has a nostalgic sense to their sound that’s very reminiscent of early 2000s and 90s UK grunge and rock bands. 

 

Brooke Candy

Los Angeles born Brooke Candy will be performing at Bar le Ritz on October 13th touring her new album CANDYLAND. Candy’s music is very reminiscent of early 2000s Y2K pop with a modern hyperpop and rap influence. 

 

Salute

UK based Salute is a Nigerian Dj and music producer performing at the Fairmount theatre October 17th touring their latest album TRUE MAGIC. The album is full of features from artists like Sam Gellaitry, Disclosure, and Rina Sawayama. The sound is very house, and sample heavy with nostalgic danceable tracks.

Los Angeles based musician Chris Cohen will be arriving in Montreal on October 26th to play a show at Bar le Ritz while touring his latest album Paint a Room. Cohen has played music with the likes of Weyes Blood and Ariel Pink; sporting an indie rock and psychedelic pop inspired vibe. 

 

Zack Fox

Multi Talented artist  Zack Fox will be doing a DJ set October 31st at the Fairmount theatre. Fox typically spins house tracks with hip-hop, r&b, and Brazilian Phonk influences. His recent Boiler room, has this Halloween special highly anticipated.
