🎙️ World College Radio Day 2025 at CKUT
On Friday, October 3, 2025, CKUT is throwing open the doors of the station from 12–5pm and welcoming YOU into our space.
College radio has always been about the people who make it—and the people who listen. This year’s theme, Tune Into The People, is all about celebrating that connection.
Whether you dream of hosting a radio show, hitting the streets as a roving reporter, helping out with campus events, making a podcast, digging into the archives, learning to DJ, getting involved in how the station runs, or working behind the scenes with audio production — CKUT is your station!
Throughout the afternoon, some of your favourite CKUT programs will be broadcasting live and open to the public:

From 3–5pm, you can dive into CKUT’s legendary music library, pick a track, and hear it spun live on the air.
That’s not where it ends either! We’ll also have live screen printing in the backyard and a full table of CKUT merch for sale, so you can take a piece of the station home with you.
No sign-up needed. Just drop by, take a tour, hang in the backyard, and get on our wavelength!
