A radio magazine dedicated to newcomers, asylum seekers, and people in precarious status of Spanish-speaking origin, especially the approximately 60,000 people of Mexican descent that may be residing in Montreal and around Quebec, and the 30,000 residing across Canada.

Noise Not Borders is an independent emerging music and arts festival based in Tiohtià:ke aka Montreal. With the help of CKUT, we’re now happy to share our new radio show ‘Noise Not Borders presents: La Hora del Ruido” where we get to play music from bands that we feel represent the global underground scene.
